Return & exchange policy
Returns & Exchanges
We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds to original method of payments.
- Refunds: We must receive your return within 30 days from the delivery date, in order to receive store credit. Also contact customer care by email at info@crave4fashion.com , stating reason for return.
- Store credit will be refunded in the form of a Gift Card, within 5-7 days of return.
- Items must be returned in same condition, unworn, unwashed, including original hang tag attached.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Jewelry, Accessories, Hats, Bodysuits, Bathing Suits are non-returnable.
- Crave 4 Fashion, is not liable for any return packages that have become lost or stolen in transit, we recommend certified mail w/o signature, certified mail provides sender with a mailing receipt & electronic verification that an article was delivered or that a delivery attempt was made. Another option is to go to USPS.com for tracking package.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a defective item.

- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item or items back to us within 30 days. After we have received your item, we will issue you a store credit via E-gift card. You may then place an order for your desired size or a different item using your store credit. Also contact our customer care team by email at info@crave4fashion.com, stating reason for return.

Defective Items
All defective items must be reported within 10 days of receiving items. Orders can receive a store credit or exchange. Items must have original hang tag attached. Contact our customer care team via the Drop Us A Line form or email us at info@crave4fashion.com
Lost or Stolen Items
We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered from Post Office. Once the package has been scanned as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please contact your nearest USPS. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided was incorrect at the time of purchase.
